About Us
Well Built Construction and Design is a full-service remodeling firm that can help guide you through the entire process of turning your dream project into reality. From initial concept, through design and selections all the way through production.
We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions. But we also do lots of porches, decks, pergolas, and other exterior accents. We would love to have the opportunity to help you with your project. We have a proven process that provides you with a seamless experience from design through production.
Our commitment to you goes beyond creating your dream space. We are also committed to a long lasting client relationship in helping you with your home. From the giant dream project to helping you take care of a “honey-do list”. We want to be your “go to” for any needs at your home.
Our Process
First Contact: After reaching out to Well Built Construction to inquire about a project, we will give you a phone call to talk through your project goals, budgets, and timelines. During that call we will schedule a time to make a visit to your home.
First Home Visit: At the first, no cost visit, we will listen as you explain your project goals and talk through some potential ideas. After taking detailed notes, pictures and dimensions, we will return to our office and work up a detailed, line itemed, budget analysis of your project(s) we discussed at your house, to give you a realistic budget range for that type of project.
Final Review, Contract, and Down Payment: At the end of the design process you will have a full set of plans, detailed scope of work, and final construction pricing, based of the design and selections that were made throughout the design process. After a final review, if everything look good, we will sign a construction contract and schedule your project for production!
Production: The production phase is a proven process that keeps things moving smooth and on schedule. The number one priority for Well Built is communication. You will get daily updates on your project from what happened that day to what is coming up and let’s face it, surprises sometimes come up with remodeling, but good communication from beginning to end help to make those small bumps in the road much smoother.
